As part of the enrolment process you will be required to complete and submit the following documentation:

The completed forms can be delivered to the school office at 78 Maple Street Innisfail or mailed to, The Principal, Goondi State School, PO Box 2359 Innisfail QLD 4860.

Arrangements to tour the school facilities, or to discuss aspects of the school with administration are welcomed and can be made by contacting the school office on 07 40611067.
