​Our spell-a-thon was once again a tremendous success! A total of $12 176 was raised through sponsorship. Every student and family that participated in the spell-a-thon is to be congratulated for supporting our school and P&C - an outstanding effort!

Our prize draws were held on Friday in the last week of last term. The prize draw winners for the iPads were Monica and Maddison .

The highest fundraisers for P-3 were Jessie who raised a total of $910 and Annalise who raised $349. The highest fundraisers for Years 4-7 were Jacob with a total of $260 and Flynn who raised $225. All four students were rewarded with iPads for their outstanding fundraising effort.

The class that raised the most sponsorship collectively was Mrs Barker’s Year 2 class with a combined total of $1 639. They have been rewarded with an afternoon picnic with all food and drinks provided by the P&C.

A total of 125 students who scored 100% were presented with their special spell-a-thon medallions. Classes were also presented with special awards for having the most number of students scoring 100%.

Mrs Sardi’s Year 1 class was awarded a trophy for the best performing class in the P-3 section, and Mrs Connolly’s Year 7 class was awarded a trophy for the best performing class in the Yrs 4-7 category. Both trophies now sit in pride of place in the Year 1S and 7C classrooms.
